Looking back – my favorite posts of 2009
December 31st, 2009 by Kristi Stephens
Wow – we have covered a lot of ground on the blog this year – 385 posts worth of ground! [Wow... that is a lot of me talking... thanks for hanging in there with me!!] :) Many of you have joined us only recently, so I wanted to give you a heads up about some posts that I didn’t want you to miss!!
So, without further ado – here are some of my favorites.
•Reflections on The Shack, parts one and two – a response to William P. Young’s popular [but heretical] best-seller
•Everything that has breath – a five-part study of praise and worship in the Psalms, and what it means for our churches today
•My Rabboni – An Easter reflection
•Series on our philosophy of homeschooling – Why We’re Homeschooling, Radical Discipleship, Packing for Ephesus, and Quality Stamped All Over It
•God’s Big Story – an attempt to summarize the big story of the Bible in a quickly readable/sharable format; you can read why I felt burdened to do this here
•Fear God, Honor the King – a challenge to believers who disagree with our current U.S. administration
I could add more, but really… you have other things to do than read all of my blog posts from 2009. I do hope you’ll take some time to browse some of the above that may pique your interests!
Have a wonderful New Year celebration – and may God continue to make His name great in our lives in 2010.
